Portfolio Spotlight:
Machinery Partner Raises Series A

Machinery Partner, an online B2B marketplace democratizing the sale of innovative and specialized heavy machinery, recently closed on an $11M financing. The raise included both equity and debt.

The company’s $8M Series A was led by Armory Square Ventures and joined by Pritzker Group. RiverPark Ventures and Contour Venture Partners, Euclid Ventures, One Way Ventures and Techstars Ventures also participated. Pacific Western Bank provided an additional $3M in venture debt. The new financing will equip the company to further expand across the country and become the go-to destination for heavy equipment manufacturers to sell to construction, agriculture and recycling companies. Machinery Partner is already selling industrial equipment and heavy machinery in 35 U.S. states, with a trajectory mirroring the early days of ACV Auctions, a marketplace business Armory Square funded in the past.
